CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2025: Date Sheet Released, Here’s How to Check It

CBSE has released the class 10 exam date sheet. The exam will begin on February 15, 2025, and will conclude on March 18, 2025

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the date sheet for the 2025 Class 10 board exams on November 20 (Wednesday). Students can access and download the full timetable for the exams from the official CBSE website, cbse.gov.in.

As per the newly released schedule, the Class 10 exams will begin on February 15, 2025, with the English paper, and the final exam will take place on March 18. Students are encouraged to check and download the complete timetable through the official site.

This year marks the first time that CBSE has published the date sheet 86 days prior to the exams, which is 23 days earlier than the announcement made last year.

CBSE has clarified that there will be no syllabus reduction or open book exams for the 2025 Class 10 board exams. In an earlier notice, the board confirmed that the exams will follow the traditional format, and students will not be required to take open book exams. Additionally, the syllabus for Class 10 will remain unchanged for this year.

The only update shared by CBSE is that the exams will follow a subject-wise marks distribution. Each subject will be worth 100 marks, with the marks divided between theory, practicals, internal assessments, and projects.

A spokesperson for the Adani Group pointed out, “As per the US Department of Justice, these charges are merely allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. We will explore all legal options to address this matter.

WHAT IS BRIBERY CASE ?
 
US prosecutors have charged Gautam Adani, his nephew Sagar Adani, and six other individuals with allegedly bribing Indian government officials. The accusations claim that between 2020 and 2024, they paid a sum of Rs 2,029 crore ($265 million) to secure solar power contracts with state electricity distribution companies.
The alleged bribery scheme was reportedly designed to secure $2 billion in profits from energy projects involving both the Adani Group and US-based Azure Power. According to the charges, the scheme utilized encrypted communications, code names such as “Numero Uno” for Gautam Adani, and hidden agreements to facilitate the bribery.These events coincide with the January 2023 Hindenburg Research report, which accused the Adani Group of stock manipulation and fraud, resulting in a $150 billion drop in market value.

Recent media reports have suggested that Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, is in a coma and has reportedly designated his son, Mojtaba Khamenei, as his successor.

Amid swirling reports that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is in a coma, Iran’s Supreme Leader shared a photo on Sunday showing himself in a meeting with Iran’s ambassador to Lebanon.

Multiple media outlets had recently claimed that the 85-year-old Khamenei was in a coma and had secretly named his 55-year-old son, Mojtaba Khamenei, as his successor. These reports followed an October article in The New York Times suggesting that Khamenei was “seriously ill.”

In the photo shared on Khamenei’s X account, the Supreme Leader was seen speaking with Mojtaba Amani, Iran’s Ambassador to Lebanon, in his office.

In the post, Khamenei wrote in Persian: “Ayatollah Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Revolution, met and spoke with Mr. Mojtaba Amani, the veteran ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Lebanon, at noon today, on the sidelines of his daily meetings.”

Mojtaba Amani, Iran’s Ambassador to Lebanon, was among nearly 3,000 people injured in a September explosion involving pagers and walkie-talkies used by Hezbollah. At least 39 people were killed in the attack, which Hezbollah and Iran blamed on Israel.

Amani met with Ayatollah Khamenei, presenting a report on his health. Last month, Khamenei delivered his first sermon in five years, where he supported Palestinian and Lebanese movements against Israel, and justified Iran’s missile strikes on Israeli infrastructure. In the sermon, he declared that Israel “won’t last long” and stated that Israel would not prevail against Hamas or Hezbollah, holding a gun while making his remarks.
